Thanks to company like ECRE (Ensemble of Coffee Research & Education), now it is possible for company like BRUT  to roast own coffee without all the headaches.

ECRE comprises of three services which are Academy, Community and Co-roasting. In short, you can learn everything about coffee, meet industry people and roast coffee in one place.

How cool is that?
